NutsandBolts4U.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all merchandise orders $50 and over inside the
Continental U.S.A.
If your order is shipping to the USA and $50 or more, you get FREE shipping!!! For shipments totaling
less than $50, there is a delivery charge of $6.95 for delivery to anyone in the USA. Our shipping option
is standard UPS. Heavy packages may be subject to additional shipping charges.
All orders under $50 will reflect a $10 handling fee

Our shipping department takes pride in securing your products for shipping. We have a 99.99% perfect
product arrival rate. At this time, if a product happens to get damaged in shipping, contact us for a
solution.
Payments and Processing Time
We accept Paypal and Visa and Mastercard in our online store. When you go to check out, you will have
your choice to pay with Paypal or go through our secure server check out. You can use your American Express
card through Paypal and soon through our secure server.
We also accept prepaid orders with a check or money order.
You can email or phone us for the address!
Once we get your order and payment, we will ship your order to you with all possible speed. If you pay
with your credit card, we charge your card 3-5 days before the order is shipped.
Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed within 2-3 business days. Orders
received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business day Tuesday.
Most Products are in stock. Please allow 4-10 days for your order to be shipped from our warehouse -
please allow 4-6 additional days for the package to arrive after it has been shipped before calling to ask
where your order is. If a product is backordered, or if there is a problem with a product that has been
discontinued, we will email you within 2 weeks of your order being placed. This does not generally happen,
but on occassion certain products are unavailable.

International
We ship all over the world. International orders and APO orders are welcome and take 1 - 8 weeks for
delivery depending on the location.
We use paypal as one of our online payment methods. You can also order with your Credit Card by
using the credit card now button on any of the items! You will need to contact us for a quote on
International shipping. If you do not, the shipping charges will be applied to your card. All International
orders receive a 30% discount on shipping!
Returns
We do not accept returns unless we made a mistake on your order. Please choose your items carefully
